DIY Creative Workshops are designed to provide creative opportunities for anyone who wants to learn new skills and be energized and inspired.
DIY Creative Workshop wants to make every aspect of your experience a pleasant one, including the workshop registration process, click here for online enrollment for all DIY Creative Workshop classes. Just select your desired workshop and the understandable and secure user interface will walk you through the registration process.
Once you have reserved your private workshop date and time, you will receive two e-mails: a confirmation e-mail of registration for the class and an e-mail with customized private invitation information that you can send to each attendee.
Thereafter, your attendees can each individually pay (or fees can be paid by the host) and register for their custom project.

Workshop Cancellation Policy.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of DIY Creative Workshop classes, registration fees are non-refundable. However, registration cancellations made at least 72 hours before the registered workshop begins will be granted a class credit for a future workshop. Changes to any registration and/or cancellations must be made to the workshop manager in writing via e-mail.
Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees.
Private Party Cancellation Policy.
A deposit is due when booking your private workshop. Once the minimum number, 10 attendees or more, of participants are met, we will refund your initial deposit or apply it towards the event cost. If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited.
Unfortunately, if you choose to cancel your private party, the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of our workshops and the demand for private party times on our calendar.
For private parties, we require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 72 in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party.
Please, be sure to double check your spelling and information provided to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for you at the start of the workshop.
Project Change Request.
Attendees wishing to make changes to their project within 72 hours of the workshop, may do so for a $10.00 stencil recut fee, payable upon the start of your workshop. Changes made prior to 72 hours are done free of charge.
Personal Property.
DIY Creative Workshop is no way responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged items brought to the workshops. Attendees must understand that any item brought to the workshop (camera, cell phone, jewelry, and other personal property) are the responsibility of the attendee alone.
Workshop Decorum.
I agree to abide by, follow instructions and rules established by DIY Creative Workshop or any of its instructors, agents, or employees with regard to safety operations in using tools and equipment.
DIY Creative Workshop reserves the right to dismiss immediately and permanently any attendee, without refund, for behavior considered unacceptable, including but not limited to the following:
Any behavior which jeopardizes the safety of self or others
Behavior which violates local, state, and/or federal laws
Damage to, destruction, theft. or misuse of DIY Creative Workshop property or the property of others
Discriminatory conduct directed at a particular person based on race, gender, religion, sexual preference, age, national origin, or disability
Disruption of the normal functioning of the DIY Creative Workshop
Hazing, physical abuse, physical violence, or threat of physical harm to others
Possession of a deadly weapon on DIY Creative Workshop’s premises
Refusing to follow safety procedures for proper use of tools, equipment, and/or materials
Refusing to participate in class if this adversely impacts the learning of others
Sexual assault, abuse, harassment, or indecent exposure
Unauthorized use of DIY Creative Workshop’s property
Use of tobacco products, underage drinking, and/or providing alcohol to anyone at the workshop campus under the age of 21
Use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
Verbal abuse or harassment of others
Publicity Release.
I agree that DIY Creative Workshop may use any photo or video in the routine promotion of its workshops and activities and other non-commercial applications.
Safety Waiver.
By enrolling in a workshop, attendees assume the risk of working with equipment and materials provided by DIY Creative Workshop. Furthermore:
I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to hammers, drills, water based stains, x-acto knives, screw drivers, screws, wire, wire cutters, pliers, glues, nails, glass, etching cream, staple guns, sand paper, paints during DIY Creative Workshops. I agree to be responsible for any damages to DIY Creative Workshop’s tools, equipment or facilities;
I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in DIY Creative Workshop’s classes. I agree to take precautions and observe all DIY Creative Workshop policies, instructions, rules, and warnings.
I further agree to release and discharge DIY Creative Workshop for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in DIY Creative Workshop workshops caused by me.
I agree to indemnify and defend DIY Creative Workshop against all claims, cause of action, damages, judgment costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in DIY Creative Workshop’s classes or my presence in DIY Creative Workshop classes.
I HAVE READ THE DIY CREATIVE WORKSHOP POLICIES AND SAFETY WAIVER. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY CHECKING THE “ACCEPT POLICES” BOX, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
